About Confluence Retreats
Confluence Retreats emerges from a strategic partnership between Omnia Group Ashland, a leading licensed Psilocybin Service Center, and the Hi-U Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to providing transformative retreats that foster deep connections with oneself, our communities, and the natural environment.
This collaboration is designed to facilitate personal growth, emotional breakthroughs, and spiritual development, enhancing reconnection with nature. Position Overview
As Exploration Call Guide, you will be the first and, therefore, a critical point of contact between aspiring retreat attendees and Confluence Retreats.
All clients interested in attending a program must first participate in an Exploration Call after a thorough online medical check.
The purpose of this call is to understand the client’s intentions and expectations and, therefore, assess their suitability to attend a retreat. We also answer any questions or concerns they may have and give a more detailed recommendation on which program is the best fit for them.
Your role as an Exploration Call Guide is to hold a professional and structured space for our potential clients to explore these questions.
Our Culture
We aspire to operate with the highest integrity when it comes to safety. We acknowledge the psychological, spiritual, relational, and physical integrity of our clients and collaborators.
We aspire to increase access to psychedelic services and inclusion, especially for underrepresented voices and marginalized communities.
We care deeply about our home world and its biodiversity. We are devoted to reconnecting people to nature through our work with psychedelics, substances that can reveal the inherent interconnectedness of all organic life on this planet.
We are committed to transparency at all levels of the organization and build partnerships with people who are equally devoted to changing the world through transformative business and leadership.
We are committed to a spirit of collaboration and believe in a diverse knowledge-based society, seeking to transform extractivist practices into regenerative practices
Who You Will Be Working With
As Hi-U Foundation is a young organization, this role will work primarily with its founder, whom you can read about on our website here. From time to time, you may also interact with other Exploration Call Guides as part of our effort to learn from one another and support our clients' journey to safe, intentional use of psychedelics.
What We Have to Offer
We are on a journey to offer everyone fair treatment no matter who they are, where they come from, or where they are located.
Our compensation structure includes base pay per client call and achievement bonuses designed to reward Call Guides for their commitment to excellence and positive outcomes. These incentives increase the base pay of the role without diminishing the crucial elements of “Readiness” and “Goodness of Fit,” which are crucial for us to support clients in their decision-making process.
Part-time compensation @ $20/hr
Achievement bonuses to be discussed during hiring process for candidates who demonstrate good fit for the role and alignment with our values and mission

Confluence Retreats operates uniquely as a non-profit (under the Hi-U Foundation) in an emerging regulatory and operating environment. Hi-U Foundation is based in Ashland, Oregon in the United States.
We are accepting candidates globally, but please know that nearly all clients are coming from within the US, so the time zone for Exploration Calls will need to align with daytime hours in the US. As an organization, we take our responsibility to create a just, equitable, diverse, and inclusive psychedelic future seriously. We strongly encourage individuals from historically marginalized communities (BIPOC, LGBTQ, differently abled, women, and more) to apply.
The safety of our retreat participants is a priority. If the role you are offered requires client interaction, we will conduct a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check. We specifically look to make sure you have not committed violent crimes. If you opt out of the pre-employment screening, we will not move further in the hiring process.
